I graduated a few years ago with Fashion Business Major. While at Columbia, my professor, Lisa Hopkins-Newell, recommended for me to enroll in a summer fashion program in Paris.

It is a 28 day experience of design, marketing fashion courses, meeting/attending lectures of major names in the industry & even attending fashion week! We visited all of Paris’ landmarks & even took a beginners course to French. (I’m sure Joan can explain this better!) My time in Paris was unforgettable & I am still in close contact with many of the students I was with. Joan has truly built an amazing course.

Paris Fashion Institute is a must! The program was amazing. Having the opportunity to study at Paris Fashion Institute gave me the hands-on experience I needed to move forward in the industry. The experience allowed me the opportunity to turn my fashion concepts that I have learned in the classroom at my university, and apply them to industry related scenarios in Paris. I was also able to strengthen my career preparation, and gain a unique perspective into the fashion industry.

One of the best decisions I made! It was an enriching experience in which I gained a different perspective into the fashion industry. It gave me the opportunity and the push to start my clothing line. The teachers were amazing and very helpful. PFI's founder, Joan White, is amazing and I thank her for the continued support!

I fell in love with fashion even more, I fell in love with Paris and amazing people, with who I had an honor to be near: professors, lectors, designers and my beloved director Diane Pernet @asvof. By the way Diane is the first fashion blogger in the world. It is such an honor for me to meet you and to be in your energy! Thank you so much for being with us during this month!
